Travel time from Metro Manila to Tagaytay usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic and your starting point.

Here’s a quick guide:

• 🚗 Via SLEX (South Luzon Expressway) + CALAX or Sta. Rosa Exit – approx. 1.5 to 2 hours on light traffic
  
• 🚗 Via Aguinaldo Highway (from Cavite) – approx. 2 to 2.5 hours, often longer during weekends or holidays
  

Pro tip: To avoid traffic, we recommend traveling early in the morning or on weekdays when the roads are less busy.

You can book directly through our website or Facebook page and pay via cash, GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay using a credit card, please book through our Airbnb listing, which securely supports card payments.

We require a deposit payment to secure your booking or full payment for promo/holiday season.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Yes, we allow early check-in and late check-out as long as the property is available. Additional fees may apply depending on the time requested. Please message us in advance so we can confirm availability and provide the rates.

Yes, we allow walk-in guests as long as we have an available condo or villa. We recommend messaging us first to check availability and secure your slot.

We do not offer refunds for any cancellation requests. All payments made are non-refundable.

We accept rebooking requests as long as they are made at least seven (7) days before your original check-in date. Please note that changing the date or moving a reservation is treated as a cancellation.

Alternatively, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member. Please inform us in advance of any changes to the guest list, so we can prepare the required guest form.

A rebooking fee will apply, and the fee must be paid before any changes to your booking are confirmed.

In the case of typhoons or extremely bad weather (according to PAGASA weather guidelines), we will allow you to reschedule your booking without penalty, subject to availability.

Sorry, pets are not allowed in any of our properties to maintain cleanliness and prevent allergies for future guests.

To secure your booking, a deposit payment is required. While you may choose to pay on your check-in date, please note that we cannot hold or pencil-book the property for your preferred date without the deposit.

Yes, we provide internet and Wi-Fi in all of our properties. However, please note that we are not liable for any intermittent issues with the service provider. Rest assured, if there are any connectivity issues during your stay, we will follow up promptly and work to resolve the situation.

Yes, but each property has its own parking rules. Please check the listing you're interested in to see the specific parking policy and availability details. If you have any questions, feel free to message us directly.

We currently do not offer extra accommodations for drivers or bodyguards. However, you’re welcome to book a separate unit for them, or we can assist you in finding an additional nearby property.

Please note that sleeping in the parking area is not allowed, in accordance with property rules.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food to both our condo and villa. Please refer to the listing for each property to see what’s included in the kitchenette for your convenience.

We allow party celebrations in our Villa properties, but not in our condo rentals. If you plan to host a party, please inform us ahead of time so we can notify our caretakers.

Please note that we do not allow visitors—only paid and registered guests are permitted on the property.
