We accept rebooking requests as long as they are made at least seven (7) days before your original check-in date.
Please note that changing the date or moving a reservation is treated as a cancellation.
Alternatively, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member. Please inform us in advance of any changes
to the guest list, so we can prepare the required guest form.
A rebooking fee will apply, and the fee must be paid before any changes to your booking are confirmed.
In the case of typhoons or extremely bad weather (according to PAGASA weather guidelines), we will allow
you to reschedule your booking without penalty, subject to availability.
